Horses are relational experts. Their survival depends on the ability to sense and respond to cues in their environment, and to stay in cooperation with the herd. Horses have much to teach us about non-verbal communication, layers of connection, authenticity, personal space, and boundaries.

Equine experiential therapy gives you the tools to get free, get clear and take powerful action from the center of your being.

This 2 day workshop will give you tools to form mutual partnerships based on trust, love, and respect. You will learn to access the messages behind emotions, create an authentic sense of community with others, set and maintain healthy boundaries and expectations, develop emotional agility, and communicate from your authentic(true) self.

No prior horse experience necessary, and no riding will be involved.

This 2 day program is an Eponaquest Introductory Workshop which will qualify you for Advanced Eponaquest work.
